There is no right or wrong way to wear a hijab. Many Muslim women have made their own hijab styles to suit their own needs and style. But that doesn’t mean you have to follow one of these styles if you’re a hijabi. They are simply guides should you want to change your updo or learn different basic hijab styles. In order to be worn everyday, a style must be completed in a short amount of time, especially because many of us are in a rush in the mornings. So here’s a list of some go-to hijab styles that you can check out.
The Side Style:
This look is perfect when you don’t have a lot of time to fuss over with pins. It is versatile, easy to throw on and effortless. It’s shorter in the front so you can wear it with loose shirts or necklaces. You can also use the long piece of fabric left in the end for more coverage up front.
The Dangling Ends:
This is another that look is quite loose around the face. Instead of pinning it under the chin, the hijab is pinned around the ear area. With the two dangling ends, this style is great for any scarf that’s extra long. This hijab style also doesn’t require layers and layers of fabric piled up on the head which makes it easier and breathable to wear.
The Connected Ends:
This style is similar to the one above which leaves you with two dangling ends. But instead in this hijab style, the two ends are connected by using an accessory. You can easily pin the two ends together. What’s great about this style is that it requires no pins and is easy to throw on when you’re in a hurry.
And there you have 3 hijab styles for everyday wear which you can use to change up your look. Hope you girls find this useful!
